The Director of FP&A will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. This role is critical in a private equity–backed environment, driving visibility, accountability, and decision support to accelerate EBITDA growth and support value creation. Reports directly to the CFO, with high visibility and regular interaction with the executive leadership team and the private equity sponsor.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
Develop integrated financial models across revenue, margin, and EBITDA
Lead monthly variance analysis and executive reporting
Drive EBITDA performance tracking and insights
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing
Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
Improve data integrity, systems, and reporting processes
Support board, lender, and PE reporting
Build and lead FP&A team
Basic Qualifications
8–12+ years in FP&A or corporate finance or accounting
Experience in PE‑backed or performance‑driven environments
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
Strong Excel and financial systems expertise
Experience with FP&A/reporting tools strongly
Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership
Experience in a distribution business
Execution‑oriented style
Key Performance Indicators
On‑time budget and forecast delivery
Reduction in reporting cycle time
Improved data accuracy and system reconciliation
Location & Commitments
Full‑time
Reports to office in Rosemont, Illinois
Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
