Job Title: Marketing Execution Senior Specialist
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Role Overview SAP America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for providing an engaging online experience for global audiences to generate demand, nurture prospects, support and amplify the SAP brand.
Responsibilities Evaluates, implements and optimizes innovative approaches to Marketing by bringing in a digital mindset and collaborative approach across market units, regions and global teams. Plans and delivers content build/collection/distribution plan. Establishes target goals and evaluates results for continuous improvement. Provides in depth evaluation of program results and applies tactics to improve yield and progression of visitors, contacts, or leads, depending on the program type. Consults with strategic stakeholders to understand needs, proposes offerings of Digital Marketing service packages, and delivers those offerings, analysis and recommendations to achieve desired results. Analyzes usage of mobile devices for accessing SAP digital properties and recommends and develops innovative approaches to make the properties more accessible and desirable via mobile device. Periodically delivers trainings that inform other SAP marketers of best practices or latest methods that are being practiced within the particular marketing channel for which you are an expert. Engages with SAP Digital Tribe and other digital audiences through online conversations to understand their needs and resolve issues. Moderates online interactions to ensure optimal experiences. Gathers business requirements to support platform evaluation. Works with stakeholders and other departments to recommend, plan and deliver tools that support the business and audience needs.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications Experience must include two (2) years involving each of the following:
Project Management
Leveraging Microsoft Copilot or similar to streamline information sharing and improve clarity across teams
Experience must include one (1) year involving each of the following:
Leading process improvement initiatives using Wrike and JIRA, optimizing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and increasing overall project efficiencies
Agile Methodology
Strengthening team collaboration by utilizing Teams Copilot and designing internal SharePoint sites to centralize knowledge, enhance visibility, and support cross-functional teamwork
