Newtown Square, PA Purpose and Objective

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Associate Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to support consulting on business process level to translate customer’s vision into solutions. Responsibilities

Supports mapping business processes and solution requirements. Supports the transformation toward the Intelligent Enterprise. Supports solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards. Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific Lines of Business or industries. Supports other colleagues engaged in pre‑sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de‑escalation of projects. Supports in partner‑led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduces SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates. Delivers solution training to customer team members. Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Understands the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification. Supports in solution testing and issue resolution. Education and Occupational Experience

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study. Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

Developing enterprise financial services applications in distributed environments using OOP and OOD with Java/J2EE, and integrating with SOAP and RESTful services. Project development using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project tracking and management using Jira and ServiceNOW. Building and maintaining data scripts, writing complex SQL/PLSQL queries, functions, and procedures using SQL Developer tools. Designing and implementing responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces using JSP, CSS, and HTML, including a focus on enhancing user experience and functionality. Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) and SAP Process Automation (SPA). SAP BTP services, including Business Application Studio, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP Process Automation (SPA), building and enhancing cloud‑based business applications and workflows. BAS for developing, customizing, and extending SAP applications and workflows, including building UI5 apps, custom cards for SAP Work Zone, and integration projects. SAP SuccessFactors modules, and Employee Central, including experience with Metadata Framework (MDF). EEO Statement

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,026–$92,520. The targeted combined range is $88,026–$102,800.
