Lenovo is looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to join the
Motorola Business Group
(MBG) Nordic team, based in Stockholm. This is a hands‑on, broadly scoped marketing role supporting brand building, go‑to‑market execution, and partner engagement across the Nordic countries. The role operates in a hybrid setup and involves occasional travel within the Nordics and limited international exposure related to product launches.
You will work closely with sales teams, channel partners, agencies, and regional European marketing stakeholders to bring integrated marketing initiatives to life across B2C and B2B environments.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing activities supporting Motorola’s brand and business objectives across the Nordics
Contribute to go‑to‑market planning and execution for product and campaign launches
Coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns across media, digital, social, PR, retail, and events
Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to support customer‑facing activation
Manage agency collaboration to deliver creative and operational marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance, consolidate insights, and support reporting and optimization
Support marketing budget planning, tracking, and follow‑up in line with regional guidelines
Work closely with European and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in a broad, generalist marketing role covering planning, execution, and coordination
Experience working with agencies, campaigns, and go‑to‑market activities in a multi‑stakeholder environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Fluent English; native proficiency in Swedish or in any other Nordic language is required
Interest in technology, consumer products, or lifestyle brands, with willingness to learn new product areas
Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
