Territory Sales Manager – Gloves

We’re seeking a motivated, strategic Territory Sales Manager to grow and protect our Surgical Gloves business across the Mountain West. In this role, you’ll manage existing hospital relationships, develop new business, and navigate a complex sales environment that includes distributors, materials management, and clinical stakeholders.
This is not a transactional sale. Success requires strong strategic selling skills, persistence, and the ability to move opportunities forward over time in a competitive, contract‑driven market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow a defined territory with focus on Colorado, Utah, Montana & Wyoming
Drive revenue by closing new business and expanding existing hospital accounts
Build trusted relationships with materials management, clinical leaders, & supply chain partners
Prospect consistently and develop a robust, high‑quality pipeline
Navigate distributor dynamics and competitive contracts
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle—from initial access to conversion
Collaborate closely with regional teammates and internal partners
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

What You Bring Required Experience & Skills
Proven success in hospital or acute care sales
Strategic selling mindset with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
High level of organization, motivation, and resilience
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across a large territory
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits The targeted salary range for this role is 88 – 95k with quarterly, uncapped commissions and car reimbursement plan.
