Overview

Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager (IBDM) is a revenue-generating role responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, KYBELLA®) and for growing the portfolio through business development activities, primarily via phone communications. The role is hybrid (in-office and remote) and requires residency or relocation to the Austin, TX area. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio. Develop call and business development plans, and execute marketing plans with adaptability and creativity. Drive business growth and build relationships through sales processes; manage sample allocation, orders, and marketing materials; lead campaigns, new product launches, and training of accounts on Allergan programs. Develop product knowledge and apply it to current customer needs, identify new opportunities, educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and how products meet customer needs. Identify growth opportunities such as expanding reach with existing customers, increasing product portfolio utilization, and launching new products and indications. Educate and support customers with marketing strategies (website, social media, branding, patient segmentation, external marketing). Pre-plan sales calls and maintain time management to maximize customer contact and engagement. Maintain current knowledge of the industry and competitive products; ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager; work cross-functionally with field sales to drive objectives and growth opportunities. Coordinate coverage plans for leaves of absence or vacant territories with Sales Representatives and Managers; manage campaigns, launches, and other sales initiatives. Attend required sales trainings and meetings; complete administrative responsibilities (presentations, expense reports, etc.). Demonstrate a strong work ethic and uphold integrity and professionalism at all times. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience. Requirements: Two or more years of relevant sales experience required. Proven commission earnings history, ability to work independently, highly organized, and excellent communication skills. Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15–20% of the time. Preferred Skills/Qualifications Experience in aesthetics/healthcare with physicians and patients; experience educating or influencing targeted customers. Two years of Inside Sales experience preferred. Inside Sales selling skills, time management, independent planning, and strong analytical and business acumen. Proficiency with sales force automation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships remotely via telephone. Compensation ranges are base pay and may vary by location; individual pay depends on geographic location and other factors. This range can change over time. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. Eligible to participate in short-term incentive programs.
