Role Description
The Business Development Representative is a full-time, hybrid in the New York City area or remote for Candidates outside of NY. In this position, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, qualify potential leads, and establish fruitful client relationships. You will collaborate with sales teams to meet outreach targets, understand client needs, and facilitate the sales pipeline. Regular tasks will include prospecting, engaging potential clients, pitching services, and contributing to team objectives. This is a great opportunity for recent grads that want to get into Enterprise Sales. Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively. Proficiency in Business Development and Sales, showcasing the ability to close deals and support revenue growth initiatives. Outstanding Communication skills, including proficiency in active listening and presenting tailored solutions to client needs. Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and contribute to shared team goals. Previous experience in HR tech, SaaS, or a related field is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Base Salary $60,000, OTE (commission) up to an extra $40,000. Total potential - $100,000
