to support compliance across
REITs, partnerships, and fund structures
within a diversified national portfolio. Responsibilities
Support REIT compliance across 3 structures Prepare schedules, track basis, and assist with tax payments Support acquisitions and ongoing fund activity Coordinate with external advisors on filings Qualifications
3–5 years of tax experience (public or private) Real estate experience preferred; open to PE, VC, or hedge fund tax backgrounds. Bloomberg BNA or Yardi experience a plus
