Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid-based role as an Agency Sales Representative located in Metairie, LA, with the option to work remotely part-time. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and selling insurance products to prospective clients, supporting business growth, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, delivering compelling product presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams for effective deployment of enrollment solutions. Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Experience in delivering clear and engaging product presentations Strong relationship management and customer service skills Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking Ability to work within a hybrid work environment combining in-office and remote work Self-motivation and ability to take initiative in a dynamic sales environment Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
