Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As an Agency Sales Representative, you will establish and nurture relationships with business clients to offer tailored benefits solutions. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and delivering effective solutions to meet client needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams, manage client accounts, and track sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed targets. Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts Proven ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment Experience in insurance or employee benefits sales is an advantage but not required
