Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Effingham, IL, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop effective sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Training and mentoring the sales team
Tracking performance metrics
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the achievement of organizational goals
Qualifications
Expertise in sales strategy development and client acquisition
Strong leadership skills, including team building, mentoring, and performance management
Proficiency in data analysis and setting sales targets to track and measure performance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Proven experience in problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
