Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Area Sales Representative, located in Clarksville, TN, with flexibility for some remote work. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and addressing employee benefits needs, presenting company products and services, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Daily tasks include attending client meetings, generating leads, managing accounts, facilitating enrollment processes, and staying informed about industry trends and product updates.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
Proven ability to meet sales targets, develop leads, and manage client accounts effectively
Familiarity with employee benefits, insurance products, and enrollment processes is preferred
Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and willingness to work in a hybrid environment
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary
