role. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise, B2B, B2G, and consumer tech clients, helping devise and execute large‑scale communications campaigns that directly impact their bottom line. Our clients will depend on you to be responsive, thoughtful and proactive with ideas, own and drive communications programs from concept through execution, delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, a self‑starter who both initiates and executes, and demonstrates an ability to find synergies between multiple workstreams. We stay true to our commitment to our people and the communities in which we live and work. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our impact and inclusion goals.
Responsibilities
Build traditional and nontraditional media relations strategies, manage and execute campaigns and projects with a team, for our clients in the cybersecurity and technology sectors.

Develop and maintain strong tech media relationships with business and policy reporters and pitch ideas. Help shape client stories and messages with partners across media and platforms, with the goal of integrating clients into the broader news cycle.
Lead, support, and motivate teams to successfully build and maintain relationships with and correspondence to external: top‑tier reporters, client partners, SMEs, etc.
Write and edit communications materials that capture relevant audiences and reflect an understanding of our clients’ businesses – ranging from internal to external documents, including pitches, plans, memos, research, written content, media materials,
website and social media content, client correspondence, and collateral.
Play a pivotal role in overseeing and finding synergies between several client workstreams and account teams, including managing budgets and forecasts, overseeing projects and clients, and pursuing new business by leading and contributing to proposals and opportunities.
Manage multiple client contact relationships and deliver according to individual contact needs.

Knowledge of media trends and issues and strong understanding of media environment.
Extremely detail oriented and organized, with experience driving large initiatives and major projects from inception to completion
Excellent writing and editing abilities.
Demonstrated self‑starter with a track record of driving projects forward and course‑correcting when things shift. Brings energy and ownership to every account, without waiting to be directed.
Creative thinker who can develop original concepts and storylines independently, not just execute against briefs handed down by senior staff.
Equally comfortable operating in white space and ambiguity as in executing precisely against tight parameters, mandated messaging, or strict brand standards.
Strong strategic planning and demonstrated client counsel capabilities.
Analytical thinking and an ability to understand complex industries and business concepts quickly.
Firm understanding of multichannel editorial content creation, development and distribution in order to manage editorial content and campaigns for client teams.
An ability to work well within a team environment, complementing senior leads and managing junior staff.
Agency experience, or experience working in/alongside enterprise tech, defense/intelligence community, federal government, or national security‑adjacent sectors is a plus.
Benefits The anticipated salary range for the Account Supervisor level is $61,000- $94,000.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
