
Senior Marketing Product Analyst

Initial training period is 5 days a week onsite then moves to hybrid 3 days a week onsite in Downtown Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be part of the Marketing IT Portfolio team, managing and supporting over 20 technologies across areas such as Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to define and govern a shared vision and product roadmap for assigned applications, while maintaining institutional knowledge and incorporating industry best practices to guide strategic planning and improvements.
Responsibilities include analyzing and aligning technology solutions (including package selection, configuration, and development) with business and user needs through market research, functional comparisons, and awareness of trends across professional services firms. Additionally, the Senior Analyst prioritizes strategic initiatives into an executable portfolio aligned with enterprise data strategies and emerging AI capabilities, balancing input from business, user experience, security, training, architecture, vendors, operations, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.
Required skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, Project Coordinator or related role
Good understanding of Marketing technologies
Experience with Marketing operations and processes
Experience with Marketing Technology systems, including Web and CRM (i.e., Sitecore, LexisNexis InterAction, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with agile methodologies
Working knowledge of current technology trends
Legal Industry/Law firm experience
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams including, but not limited to developers, technical architects, non-technical business units and vendors
