Job Description
In this position you will provide Core Program Management support for the Feature & Option Program Direction Letter (PDL) process and tools to all NA Program teams, including some global responsibilities.
This role offers a chance to contribute to program management and lead the authorship of the Program PDL, which feeds the ordering and manufacturing systems essential for vehicle production.
Responsibilities
Direct author initial PDLs for major / new NA programs
Train PDL authors on how to use Product Definition & Offer (PDO) to author PDLs directly
Manage the program naming creation process globally
Provide emergency PDL authoring support for program teams
Interface with the MP&L codification team to resolve systemic issues and drive process consistency
Support the Market Strategy Report (MSR) process and tool
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education
Expert-level experience with PDL codification in the PDO tool
Experience with the iPDL tool
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Desirable Additional Experience
Basic knowledge or awareness of Ford systems—WERS, SOE, Concepts, WBDO, and MOCM
Basic awareness of program timing and GPDS

Salary This position is a salary grade 6 to salary grade 8 and ranges from $72,480 to $162,120. Final determination of salary grade will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience and set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
