With thousands of enterprise customers worldwide, this business is scaling fast across DACH, and they need a hunter who thrives on winning new business. This is not your typical Account Executive role - You’ll be at the forefront of driving new logo acquisition across the DACH region, working with some of the most complex, high-value enterprise environments. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, shaping deals from first conversation through to close and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing Owning new business acquisition across enterprise organisations in DACH Building and executing a high-impact territory plan Developing pipeline through proactive outbound, networking, and market insight Leading consultative sales cycles, engaging C-level and senior stakeholders Partnering with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to win complex deals Delivering compelling DevOps platform demonstrations and value-led conversations Negotiating and closing high-value enterprise contracts Representing the business at industry events and within the DevOps community What You Bring Proven track record in enterprise software sales (3+ years) Strong experience winning new logos in competitive markets Deep understanding of DevOps / SDLC / developer tooling ecosystems Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs, and senior technical stakeholders Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, etc.) A consultative, value-driven approach to solving customer challenges High energy, resilience, and a true hunter mentality Fluent German and English Why This Role?
