We Offer
$60,000–$80,000 annually (base + bonus opportunities)
Flexible schedule — part-time or full-time (you create your schedule)
10% work from home, 90% attending in-home client appointments
Performance-based incentives (consultant of the month, referral bonuses)
What You'll Do
Prequalify warm leads through pre-appointment phone calls
Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
Sell based on service and solution—not product or price
Communicate updates with clients and ensure a smooth project experience
Who You Are
Confident in a consultative sales role (or similar experience)
Strong listener who can identify needs and recommend tailored solutions to client needs
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory and schedule independently
In-home sales experience preferred
Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
