Job Summary AEP Campaign Orchestration Specialist

Role Focus:

Serve as the bridge between Wealth Management business stakeholders and technical teams to automate and scale client engagement campaigns within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

AEP Journey Design & Campaign Automation:

Design, configure, and deploy automated client journeys in AEP, including audience segmentation, journey logic, and decisioning rules.

Translate manual, relationship manager-driven campaign processes into automated, rules-based orchestrations.

Optimize segmentation and campaign targeting using Real-Time Customer Profile and Segmentation Engine.

Ensure campaign compliance by configuring entry/exit conditions, branching, and suppression logic.

Coordinate with Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer teams for seamless cross-channel execution (email, SMS, push, direct mail).

Wealth Management Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with Relationship Managers and Marketing Operations to document current-state workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions to capture business rules and campaign triggers.

Translate business requirements into technical campaign designs; communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation (process flows, logic maps, requirements specs).

Act as liaison between business and technical teams throughout campaign implementation.

Data & Integration Enablement:

Support data migration, mapping, and ingestion from CRM, client/portfolio, and consent platforms into AEP.

Collaborate with data engineering to validate data integrity and readiness.

Define/document data mapping, transformation, and ingestion requirements for AEP schema.

Ensure privacy and consent data flows comply with regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Perform data quality testing to confirm accuracy before campaign launch.

Environment & Collaboration:

Engage in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in NYC or Atlanta).

Work closely with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced Wealth Management marketing technology transformation.

Required Experience & Skills:

3+ years hands-on experience with AEP (Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation, Journey Optimizer/Adobe Campaign).

Proven campaign orchestration and automation design skills.

Strong segmentation, event-triggered journey, and decisioning logic expertise.

Experience translating business processes into technical solutions.

Data mapping/ingestion experience and strong documentation skills.

Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Experience working independently in remote/distributed environments.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

Wealth management, private banking, or financial services domain experience.

Familiarity with advisor-driven marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics).

Knowledge of consent management and privacy regulations.

Adobe certifications and/or prior consulting experience.

Familiarity with CDP and enterprise MarTech ecosystems.

In Summary This role is responsible for designing and automating wealth management marketing campaigns within AEP, acting as the key link between business and technical teams, ensuring data integration and compliance, and driving transformation of client engagement processes through scalable, automated solutions.
