Overview:
Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities
Liaison between Business Users and Technical team in analysis and design
Well defined and structured individual who can document, track, and work on Functional, Data requirements seamlessly with minimum supervision
Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems
Plan, organize, and conduct walkthrough with Business Units and Technical team for common understanding across teams of requirements and sign off
Work with the ScrumMaster, Product Owners, PMs, and business/data analysts on the team and other platform teams, driving issue analysis and resolution, educating peers, and drive the project throughout the SDLC process until execution
Provide technical assistance to peers, mentoring wherever applicable
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience
Oracle Payroll expertise required
Experience supporting post-go-live environments and system enhancements/issue resolution
Hands‑on system experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
Implementation and hypercare support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self‑motivated individual that will dig deep to uncover facts and not rely on assumptions or hearsay
Assertive individual who can push and facilitate requirements discussion with minimum to no level of supervision
Ability to manage requirements and definition of the overall platform, keeping focus on technical requirements for users to be able to successfully use and navigate through the platform on their day to day activities
Basic Financial Services knowledge is sufficient but technical knowledge is a must
Ability to understand system behavior, interaction, and dependencies, Data knowledge etc.
Flexible, highly adaptable, and excellent team player
Work in a global virtual team along with NY and India team members, sometimes across multiple time zones
Self‑motivated team player committed to delivering on time and able to work under minimal supervision
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 or the hourly equivalent.
