Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst performs
complex data analysis
and develops customized reporting solutions to support business strategy and operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capability to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis on complex datasets/models requiring customized reports and data
Maintain and update datasets to reflect real-time business developments
Create daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations and present findings and recommendations to leaders
Manage small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of related work experience
Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience working with AI tools such as Copilot or Hdata
Familiarity with project management and diagramming tools such as Project or Visio
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under demanding time constraints
Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Adaptability to changing business conditions and ambiguity
Broad knowledge of analytical methods, approaches, and tactics
Understanding of key drivers affecting business results
Experience presenting insights to various levels of management
Additional Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI)
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Personal phone usage required
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with local presence in Oakland/Bay Area
