Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities
Review and manage complex tax returns including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
Provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a diverse client base
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors
Manage multiple engagements and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Stay current on tax laws and regulations and apply technical knowledge to client situations
Qualifications
CPA license required
5+ years of public accounting experience
Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning
Proven leadership experience or desire to step into a leadership role
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
