Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex tax engagements including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and High‑Net‑Worth clients
Provide strategic tax planning, advisory, and compliance services
Serve as a key advisor to clients and build long‑term relationships
Review returns and ensure technical accuracy and compliance
Mentor, develop, and lead tax staff and managers
Contribute to firm growth through business development and client expansion opportunities
Stay current on tax laws and provide guidance on complex tax matters
Qualifications
CPA license required
8-10+ years of public accounting experience
Proven experience in tax review, planning, and client advisory
Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity types
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
