Job Description The role involves managing an established book of business, driving new sales, and providing outstanding customer service across the personal lines middle market (90%) and high-net-worth market (10%). The successful candidate will handle all aspects of account management, from quoting new business to renewals, while leveraging inbound and self-generated leads to meet monthly sales targets.
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
Manage a $1.8MM book of business, focusing on personal lines middle market (90%) and high-net-worth market (10%).
Drive new business sales with a monthly target of $30,000 (achievable by month 4 or 5).
Handle accounts from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
Leverage inbound leads (50%) and self-generated leads (50%) to grow the book of business.
Cross-sell policies, ask for referrals, and network to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and accountable work environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of strong experience at an independent agency or extensive experience at a captive agency.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied and EZLynx software preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and "hustler" attitude.
Outgoing personality; no introverts.
Team-oriented with a positive and upbeat demeanor.
Ability to network and build relationships effectively.
