Director, HR Business Partners & Programs

Ridgeline, Inc, Reno, NV, United States

Director, HR Business Partners & Programs Are you a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of scaling high‑performing teams and elevating leadership capability in fast‑growing tech environments? Do you thrive on coaching executives, influencing critical business decisions, and holding a high bar for performance while building trust across the organization? Are you energized by reimagining how HR Business Partners and People Programs operate through the transformative power of AI, delivering measurable impact—not just experimentation? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As the Director, HR Business Partners & Programs at Ridgeline, you will lead and scale a high‑impact team of HRBPs and Program leaders, driving both strategy and execution across employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. You will play a critical role in strengthening leadership effectiveness, scaling our organization, and bringing the Ridgeline Way to life across the company—including as we expand internationally. In this role, you will leverage cutting‑edge technologies—including a variety of AI tools—to fundamentally transform how HR delivers value, using data, insights, and automation to increase speed, quality, and impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational design, talent strategy, and business outcomes.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high‑performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. This role requires in‑office presence three days per week at one of our office locations.
