JREQ200002As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will become a HighQ and Document Automation expert and evangelist, understanding your clients' needs in depth and building strategic relationships with key contacts at different levels across their business, helping clients to get the most from new product updates and features as they are released. In addition, you’ll partner with other client facing teams and play a key part in client events, user groups and marketing initiatives, including speaking, demonstrating, and talking about our solutions confidently and in detail.

**About the Role**

In this role as a **Client Solutions Consultant**, you will:* Be a creative thinker with an understanding of relevant industry technologies, with the ability to build solutions to complex legal process problems - its creative problem solving with legal, process and technology hats on* Align closely with the Product and Global Solutions Consulting teams to understand and articulate the value of the HighQ platform and Document Automation powered by Contract Express* Educate and inform clients about solutions and features to drive adoption and grow the diversity of use cases* Work with clients to establish their business needs and co-design high value solutions that solve real business problems* Provide client feedback about the products and roadmap to the Product team as required and contribute ideas for new solutions* Drive adoption and value realization - partnering with customers to integrate CoCounsel into their HighQ workflows and use cases* Build out success plans with clients to drive enablement, adoption, retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders in order to create client champions and advocates* Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to facilitate a seamless client on-boarding process, and high levels of satisfaction* Maximize the value of the client's investment, converting them into reference clients who are both promoters and advocates of HighQ and Document Automation powered by Contract Express**About You**

The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $169,300 USD - $314,500 USD.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $147,000 USD - $273,000 USD.Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
