What You’ll Do This is not a desk job. Most of your time will be spent

in the field, in the community, and in front of potential customers .

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods and active job sites to connect with homeowners

Represent the brand as a

community ambassador

with professionalism and energy

Build and maintain

B2B relationships

with local businesses and partners

Generate and set qualified appointments for our sales team

Attend and work

weekend events , including festivals, home shows, and community events

Collaborate with the Marketing Director on

growth strategies and campaign ideas

Create engaging

marketing content , including short videos, social media clips, and blog contributions

Track activity, leads, and results to ensure consistent growth

What You Bring

Outgoing, confident personality with strong people skills

Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

Willingness to canvas door‑to‑door and engage homeowners

Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities

Comfortable working weekends for events and shows

Basic tech skills (CRM, mobile apps, social media)

Creative mindset for content ideas and marketing collaboration

Schedule

Full‑time
