Head of Commercial Partnerships

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a high‑performing commercial partnerships function during a period of transformation. You will lead a team of Account Managers while personally managing key strategic partner relationships, negotiating high‑value deals, and unlocking new business opportunities. The position requires balancing hands‑on commercial execution with team leadership, process building, and long‑term strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑driven decision‑making, operational efficiency, and consistent partner value creation. Accountabilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver high‑quality partner engagement and commercial outcomes

Own strategic partner relationships, elevating engagement to senior stakeholders and leading high‑value negotiations

Drive business development by identifying and unlocking new partner opportunities across existing and emerging markets

Define and implement processes, workflows, and standards across the partnerships function to ensure operational efficiency

Ensure deal quality, commercial discipline, and structured evaluation of all agreements

Collaborate with commercial performance and leadership teams to align on strategy, data‑driven decisions, and multi‑channel propositions

Champion a culture of long‑term value creation, structured decision‑making, and team performance

Requirements

Proven experience in iGaming affiliation, including deep understanding of affiliate programs, deal structures, and partner ecosystems

Prior senior management or leadership experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial functions

Established relationships with senior stakeholders in iGaming operators and affiliates

Strong commercial instincts with experience negotiating high‑value, complex deals

Demonstrated business development capability, building relationships from scratch and expanding existing partnerships

Track record of designing and implementing processes, workflows, and scalable commercial operations

Comfort with ambiguity, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to balance leadership with personal commercial output

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; strategic and analytical mindset

Familiarity with multi‑channel affiliate propositions and use of CRM systems to inform commercial decisions is strongly preferred
