Sales Representative (Healthcare)

Neurolimits is a neuroscience-led clinic delivering advanced, non-invasive treatments designed to improve mental health, cognitive function, and overall brain performance. Our services include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), neurofeedback, sleep diagnostics, and comprehensive psychological evaluations.

We work with clients of all ages—from children with attention or developmental challenges to adults managing anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders, as well as high-performing individuals looking to optimize focus, resilience, and cognitive output.

This is a commission-only, 1099 business development role focused on building referral pipelines and strategic partnerships.

Success in this position comes from creating and maintaining strong referral relationships that consistently generate new client opportunities over time.

You will:

Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and local organizations

Develop referral pipelines across medical, fitness, corporate, and community networks

Generate qualified inbound interest through outreach and partnerships

Hand off or support conversion into scheduled evaluations and treatment starts

Track and grow long-term referral sources that produce recurring revenue

Important:

You are not closing every sale directly. Your compensation depends on the quality and consistency of the referral pipeline you build, and the clients that ultimately convert into services.

Compensation

Commission-only, uncapped upside

Earnings are tied to clients generated through your referral pipeline that convert into paid services

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or territory growth

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Strong communication and in-person networking skills

High level of independence, accountability, and initiative

Preferred Background

Medical, healthcare, or pharma sales

Experience with referral-driven or partnership-based revenue models

Existing network in Austin (healthcare, wellness, corporate, or education sectors)
