
Order Entry Specialist
LHH, Richmond, CA, United States
Schedule:
Hybrid (In‑office Tuesday and Thursday, every other Wednesday)
Hours:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility for early starts or occasional overtime)
Compensation:
$29–$35 per hour
Start Date:

Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end
order entry and fulfillment
with a strong focus on accuracy
Organize and process complex orders, often consisting of
10–60+ line items
Handle multiple purchase orders simultaneously (typically 4+ POs per account)
Coordinate product requirements across
dry, frozen, and wet goods , ensuring correct packaging and container separation
Maintain strong relationships with customers and buyers, serving as a reliable point of contact
Identify and resolve order discrepancies or unique fulfillment challenges
Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system and across internal documentation
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
in order fulfillment, account management, or a similar role
Hands‑on experience with
ERP systems
(xTuple and Just Foods preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
Experience handling high item‑count orders and multiple POs
Comfortable speaking directly with buyers and customer‑facing stakeholders
Background in the
food industry or industrial products
strongly preferred
Proven tenure in past roles.
