Handle calls & emails from customers Assist customers with account access Provide top-notch support Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED Strong communication & problem-solving skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) – preferred for interview selection 1–3 years of experience in a technical call center or related transferable experience Training
Training is fully onsite | Hybrid (2 days onsite/week after training)
