Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Responsibilities Position Summary: The Social Media Coordinator is a dynamic and creative professional who will support the company's marketing efforts by organizing all social media platforms that strengthen brand presence, enhance communication strategies, and promote business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, creating compelling content, and facilitating marketing campaigns that support strategic goals. Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate social media campaigns aligned with company marketing and business goals. Compose compelling captions, posts, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement. Schedule purposeful content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to drive audience growth and engagement. Including, but not limited to: Project highlights Company updates Industry insights Employee spotlights Promotional Campaigns Monitor day-to-day activity across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, and Youtube for all Posillico companies and entities (approx. 10 companies). Capture and curate photos and videos from job sites, facilities, and company events. Coordinate with internal teams to highlight major projects, milestones, and company initiatives. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to maintain an active online presence. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and insights. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media or brand marketing. Experience with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, LinkTree) Basic graphic design and video editing skills - Canva and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams. Flexibility to travel to job sites and occasionally work evening hours. Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial sectors, or an interest in learning about the construction industry. Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategy preferred. Photography or short-form video experience for documentation preferred.
