Role Description ATG Entertainment is seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Technical Director for a full-time on-site role located in New Orleans, LA. The Assistant Technical Director will report to the Production Director and collaborate with the production team to oversee technical operations for live performances and events. Responsibilities include managing the technical crew, coordinating technical aspects of productions, ensuring the smooth execution of events, and maintaining technical equipment. The role also requires involvement in production planning, equipment procurement, and troubleshooting, ensuring all technical elements align with artistic visions and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and organize technical crews effectively Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution within deadlines Understanding of technical equipment and safety standards in live entertainment settings Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre, Production Management, Music Production or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with the live entertainment industry and previous experience in similar roles is a strong advantage Experience with concert production and equipment a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
