Interior Designer
Stewart Knowles Construction, Inc., Lebanon, TN, United States
SKC + ClearPath Construction • Williamson County, TN
Position Overview ClearPath is seeking a professionally trained Interior Designer who enjoys both creative design and technical problem‑solving. This role works directly with homeowners and our construction team to translate ideas into clear, buildable plans and visual renderings.

Develop space plans and 3D models using SketchUp
Design kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, built‑ins, and interior layouts
Assist homeowners with material and finish selections including tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and paint and trim details
Prepare design drawings, selections, and specifications for construction
Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure designs are accurate, detailed, and buildable
Maintain organized design documentation throughout each project
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Proficiency in SketchUp
Experience designing kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry
Experience with cabinet design software (2020 Design, Mozaik, or similar)
Strong space planning and technical design ability
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in a design‑build or renovation environment
Knowledge of cabinetry construction and millwork
Familiarity with residential construction processes
