About the Role As our Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute marketing strategies across our portfolio, driving traffic, brand awareness, and leasing performance. You will work closely with leadership, on-site teams, and external partners to ensure our communities stand out in competitive markets.

This role is ideal for someone who is both

creative and analytical , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results.

What You’ll Do

Work alongside the DPM to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic and conversions

Oversee and optimize all digital channels including ILS, social media, paid ads, and website performance

Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, lease velocity) and adjust strategy accordingly

Partner with on-site teams to elevate property-level marketing and ensure brand consistency

Lead campaign planning for new lease-ups, stabilized assets, and underperforming communities

Manage and optimize relationships with marketing platforms and vendors (e.g., Zillow, Apartments.com, Google Ads)

Oversee content strategy including social media, photography, video, and brand storytelling

Identify opportunities to improve lead tracking, attribution, and ROI (UTMs, call tracking, etc.)

Support company-wide initiatives including events, brand campaigns, and internal marketing efforts

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to continuously elevate our brand

Develop and implement regional marketing plans and strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy rates

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources

Manage processes for standard follow up for prospect and lead queue within CRM

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and services

Conduct market research to understand resident needs and preferences

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in

multifamily or real estate marketing

with progressive performance and portfolio management

Strong understanding of

digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and analytics

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

High level of

ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and storytelling

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Experience managing multiple properties, campaigns, or brands simultaneously

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems), PM software experience
