Watermark Church is looking for a
Worship Leader
who is passionate about helping people encounter the presence of God and building a healthy, growing worship culture. This is more than a Sunday role. We’re looking for someone who can lead worship, develop teams, and help create environments where people connect with God in a real way.
What You’ll Do
Lead worship for Sunday services and key environments
Build and develop a strong worship culture
Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams
Help ensure services are prepared and executed with excellence
Oversee basic production needs (ProPresenter, livestream, lighting, sound)
Develop leaders so the ministry grows beyond one person
Who You Are
A strong worship leader (vocally and/or instrumentally)
Passionate about people, not just music
A team builder who enjoys developing others
Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
Willing to learn and grow in production systems
