Regional Marketing Equipment Manager (RMEM)

Work Schedule: Required to work nights, weekends (Sat. and Sun.) as needed; On‑Call Duty to meet franchise requirements.

Job Description Summary / Objective Buffalo Rock is an award‑winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands.
The Regional Marketing Equipment Manager manages and directs the Marketing Equipment teams located at multiple franchises within a region.
Essential Functions
Regular and timely attendance; required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function, including nights, weekends, holidays; travel will be required.
Supervising the Marketing Equipment teams.
Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, rewarding, and disciplining subordinate employees; making recommendations regarding promotions, demotions, and other changes of status.
Establishing and monitoring all metric objectives.
Assisting with special projects.
Ensuring all daily operations are completed efficiently and profitably.
Ensuring all VMMS procedures are followed by all personnel.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Monitoring all EOM inventory and accounting procedures in VMMS.
Monitoring, maintaining and auditing franchise vending key controls and security audits.
Communicating with the Regional Shared Services Manager on all related issues.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands Activities may involve standing, walking, sitting, manually manipulating, grasping, reaching (including overhead), speaking, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, and bending. Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, with occasional heavier lifts. The frequency of such activities ranges from occasional (up to 33% of time) to frequent (33–66% of time) depending on assignment.
Required Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED (or management approval).
Computer skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ShareFile, OneNote, OneDrive).
Experience: At least 3 years Management Experience and 3 years in related fields, or comparable experience approved by management.
Certifications and licenses: Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
Tools and Technology Telephones, scanners, desktop/laptop computers; Software: VMMS, TimeClock Plus scheduling software.
Knowledge Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles: strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership, production, coordination.
Personnel and Human Resources – Knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, negotiation.
Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of service processes, needs assessment, quality standards, customer satisfaction.
Economics and Accounting – Knowledge of economic and accounting principles; financial markets, bank operations, financial data analysis, reporting.
Mathematics – Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics.
Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, hardware, software, applications, programming.
English Language – Knowledge of structure, content, spelling, grammar, composition.
Clerical – Knowledge of administrative procedures, file management, stenography, forms, office procedures.
