Role Summary The Influencer Marketing Manager participates in a specialized, hands-on learning experience focused on building and managing influencer partnerships to amplify the Academy’s reach, mission, and impact. This role provides advanced exposure to influencer strategy, partnership development, campaign execution, and performance measurement within the broader Communications department.

Learning Focus Areas Participants in this role will gain advanced exposure to

Influencer identification, outreach, and relationship building

Partnership negotiation and campaign strategy

Content collaboration and brand alignment with influencers

Performance tracking and ROI analysis for influencer initiatives

Integration of influencer marketing with overall social media and marketing efforts

Program Activities Participants may engage in

Researching and building a network of aligned influencers

Developing and executing influencer campaigns

Coordinating content creation and approval processes

Monitoring campaign performance and reporting insights

Collaborating with the Social Media, Creativity, and Marketing teams

Providing recommendations for future partnership opportunities

Leadership Development Component This role includes leadership development through strategic partnership management and cross-team coordination under the guidance of the Director of Communications.

Participation Expectations

Engage consistently in program activities and team collaboration

Maintain professional communication with influencers and internal teams

Contribute ideas and insights to communications strategy

Qualifications Education / Background Candidates may include individuals with interest or experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital strategy.
