Associate Brand Manager / Analytics & Insights

Location: Wellesley, MA (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Job Brief

We are looking for an analytical marketing professional who can balance on‑going project management with forward thinking in the areas of product forecasting, market research and data analysis. This position requires someone to identify trends, growth opportunities and category insights to make recommendations that grow market share and enhance brand reputation. The applicant should be willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day‑to‑day operations related to the brand and product management.

Oversee the management of the marketing budget and provide periodic updates to the Marketing Director.

Assist with developing, implementing and executing new brand campaigns, initiatives and creative materials.

Manage and maintain organized files of current brand standards and key assets, including brand guidelines, company logos and product packaging.

Responsible for managing the product portfolio and relevant assets, including product packaging creation and updates.

Analyze category performance, generate ad hoc reports, and provide product innovation recommendations and data‑driven insights to enhance marketing efforts.

Develop a deep understanding of our brand health, consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across our audiences and products.

Continually monitor market trends, societal trends, research consumer markets, lead consumer research projects, and evaluate competitive landscape to identify opportunities.

Manage strategic planning functions and execute creative requests, including industry trade shows and events/sponsorships.

Collaborate with the media team as they develop media strategies, brand content and advertising efforts to ensure creative is accurate and stays on brand.

Partner with sales lead and media team on managing the Mexico territory marketing efforts.

Present findings and strategic recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

Work cross‑functionally with marketing teams, sales analysts, creative teams and external partners to align on goals and strategies.

Liaise with global FAGE teams on global campaigns and projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science or related field.

2+ years experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Analytics with relevant experience.

Consumer Packaged Goods experience and Circana/Nielsen reporting a plus.

Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Passionate about branding – ability to convey desired brand tone, style and visual identity to external and internal stakeholders.

Budget management skills and proficiency.

Ability to work effectively with others.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
