Specific Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining program-level new business feature delivery roadmaps by partnering closely with Product Owners and IT leadership for assigned delivery teams as assigned. As assigned, responsible for creation of specific program or individual team level executive reporting. Responsible for Digital program escalation and resolution accountability for issue and production incident management, defect remediation, and maintenance for specified Digital Products and related applications. Provides consultation, analysis, and recommendations to external departments and vendors regarding Digital system technical processes and specifications as needed. Creates project plans and/or schedules, assigns tasks, identifies risks, and reports on project progress. Assists team with Identifying, advocating for, developing, and implementation of production sustainment process and procedural needs. The position requires extreme attention to detail, high organization skills, and confidence in decision making while maintaining composure and a readiness to face new challenges.

Generic Expected Contributions

Performs complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Manages small to medium projects, business processes or parts of larger ones – primarily related to Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory needs which often come with specific fixed deadlines. Responds to, solves, and makes decisions on more complex
on-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk.

Specific Expected Contributions

Liaises with Digital Product Managers, Scrum Masters, business partners, IT, Finance, etc. to ensure assigned reporting is accurate, timely, and the appropriate level of detail. Develops detailed timetables and sequencing of activities to successfully complete assigned deliverables and projects. Writes user stories, develop forms, records, and systems to document activities, progress, and completion.

Specific Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or 3+ years’ experience in specific related field (IT Program Management, IT delivery, IT production incident management, IT operations, IT project management). 1+ years producing roadmapping for business partner consumption, required. Experience with working directly with executives from various business units to understand what drives their decision making to tailor to their specific reporting needs, required. 2+ years IT project management (PM or Scrum Master) experience, preferred. 2+ years of Digital product management, plus. Strong understanding of the causative relationship between Business and IT teams. Experience with project management software (Application Lifecycle Management, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Cherwell, etc.) preferred. Ability to take direction, work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under deadlines. Strong desire to learn and adapt in an evolving environment. Highly effective relationship builder, with proven ability to partner across organizations and collaborate effectively across all levels. Self-starter that can work independently, make decisions quickly, and take initiative. Extremely organized. Must be able to multi-task, with a proven history of working quickly, efficiently, and accurately under deadline pressures. Ability to proactively engage teams to deliver high quality work on time. Ability and willingness to work outside of standard office days/hours on occasion is necessary. Must have a great sense of humor.
