Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Katy, TX, for a Senior Escrow Officer. The Senior Escrow Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating real estate closings, managing all escrow‑related activities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the individual will provide exceptional customer service, liaise with real estate professionals, and handle residential real estate transactions from start to finish.
Qualifications
Experience with closings and escrow processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions
Proficiency as a notary, with the ability to assist in notarizing documents as needed
Strong background in customer service with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
Understanding of residential real estate transactions and associated legal and financial requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Experience using escrow and title software systems is a plus
Relevant certifications or licenses in escrow or notarization are highly desirable
