Role Overview An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor, offering full scope of practice and professional autonomy.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
Operate within the Subleasing Doctor’s office while maintaining professional independence and discretion.
Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
Practice Features & Benefits
Professional autonomy to care for patients.
Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments.
Work in a fully furnished office with a complete suite of OD equipment; use of advanced digital eye examination technology such as Clarifye, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System, and support for pre‑testing.
Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
Additional Benefits Package Competitive base pay, with potential bonus and commission plans. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts upon hire.
