Position Overview MLD Mortgage Inc., doing business as The Money Store, is seeking a highly experienced
Mortgage Servicing Analyst
to support the oversight, performance, and operational execution of our servicing portfolio. This role plays a key function in managing
subservicer performance , ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and driving portfolio performance through data‑driven insights.
The ideal candidate brings deep mortgage servicing expertise, hands‑on experience with
subservicer oversight , and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external servicing partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support and monitor
subservicer performance , including SLA adherence, operational quality, and borrower experience
Act as a liaison between The Money Store and subservicing partners to resolve escalations and operational issues
Analyze and support core mortgage servicing functions, including:
Loan Boarding
Escrow Administration
Customer Service
Collections and Default Management
Loss Mitigation
Investor Reporting (FNMA, GNMA, Freddie Mac)
MERS processes
Review servicing data, scorecards, and reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Assist in oversight of compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements
Interface with borrowers, loan officers, and senior management to provide insights and resolve issues
Support servicing strategy, retention initiatives, and portfolio performance optimization
Participate in audits, performance reviews, and ongoing governance of subservicing relationships
Qualifications
Minimum
10 years of mortgage servicing experience
Demonstrated experience in
subservicer oversight or third‑party servicing management
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end mortgage servicing lifecycle
Experience with agency servicing (FNMA, GNMA, Freddie Mac preferred)
Familiarity with servicing systems (MSP or equivalent)
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience managing
servicing SLAs and scorecards
Exposure to MS Office , MSP, Monday.com
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting mortgage servicing
Experience working in a
privately labeled servicing or subservicing environment
