Strong preference for experience working in or with small businesses.
Experience and comfort level working with disadvantaged businesses.
Solid working knowledge of business financing and fiscal management.
Self-starter, goal oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule Standard working schedule: 8:30am ? 5:00pm Monday-Friday 22.5 hours weekly Occasional evenings may be required for special events. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
