Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

What You Will Do:
Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads—absolutely no cold calling
Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Our Ideal Candidate:
High School Diploma
Active Property & Casualty license (preferred), or the willingness to obtain a license within 60 days of hire
1+ year of insurance sales or service experience
Call Center experience
Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Preferred Attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
1+ year experience working in a call center environment
Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
