Housing Navigator & Placement Specialist

A nonprofit organization in New York is looking for a Program Manager to manage comprehensive support for vulnerable residents, including housing and counseling. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and at least two years of experience with the homeless population. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, developing links with housing providers, and facilitating resident workshops. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) will be preferred.
