Location: Central Florida Company: Termine’s Specialty Supply Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Starting at$70,000+base (DOE) +commission eligible ABOUT TERMINE’S SPECIALTY SUPPLY Termine’s Specialty Supply is a growing plumbing supply distributor focused on building strong relationships and delivering reliable service to customers across the Florida market. As part of the Winston Family of Companies, we are focused on expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence in the region. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow the business and build lasting customer partnerships. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a field-based business development and outside sales role focused on building relationships, growing existing accounts, and developing new business across the Tampa and surrounding markets. You will spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers, identifying opportunities, and working closely with the branch team to ensure execution from quote to delivery. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a territory and grow into a high-performing outside sales role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Conduct regular in-person visits and customer calls throughout the territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities Support customers from initial contact through order fulfillment and follow-up Collaborate with internal team to ensure accurate and timely execution Analyze territory activity and develop strategies to grow market share Represent Termine’s Specialty Supply professionally in the market WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Sales experience preferred (plumbing supply, construction, or related industry a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to manage time, prioritize, and work independently Willingness to be in the field daily and engage with customers Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Consistent customer engagement and relationship growth Development of new accounts and expansion of existing ones Strong communication with customers and internal teams Reliable follow-through and ownership of responsibilities WHY TERMINE’S SPECIALTY SUPPLY Opportunity to build a territory and grow your career in outside sales Support from an experienced branch and operations team Exposure to a growing platform in the Florida market Competitive base salary with performance-based upside If you are motivated to build relationships, grow a territory, and take ownership of your success, we’d like to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
