Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior)

Position Overview We are seeking a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to support a high-visibility mission within the Department of Defense at the Pentagon. This role is responsible for transforming complex intelligence, workforce messaging, and analytic concepts into compelling visual products that support senior leader decision‑making. The ideal candidate brings strong creative direction, experience in IC/DoD environments, and the ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual communication products under tight timelines. Responsibilities Design and produce high-impact visual products, including: Briefing materials Infographics Data visualizations Reports and publications Collaborate directly with government stakeholders to: Define project scope and requirements Translate complex analytic ideas into clear visual narratives Provide creative direction and guidance on visual communication strategies Ensure all products align with established branding and style guidelines Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to develop polished, professional deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment Incorporate feedback from leadership and stakeholders to refine deliverables Support the production of finished intelligence visuals and communication materials Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Demonstrated experience supporting graphic design and creative direction projects Experience facilitating client discussions on: Workforce messaging Data visualization Analytic concepts Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat Pro Experience supporting IC or DoD environments Ability to define project requirements and provide expert recommendations on visual communication processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Data visualization and infographic development Finished intelligence production Familiarity with brand management and style guide adherence Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams Work Environment On‑site support at the Pentagon Early morning shift (0400–1200) aligned with mission requirements Fast‑paced, high‑visibility operational environment Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity #J-18808-Ljbffr
