Overview
As a Business Development Executive for the Staffing Sales team, you will manage high-level business development and growth of Support Services/Strategic Technology sales. You will serve as an overlay resource within an assigned territory. In this role, you will work with existing customers to drive staffing solutions and contribute to the continued growth and success of ePlus.
Your Impact
Serve as the primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus Support Services
Assist management in overseeing, training, assisting and development of the Staffing Sales team
Work with the field sales organization to assist with training and skills development for selling of Support Services
Lead efforts for Support Services demand generation campaigns, working with the field sales organization.
Drive and push various strategies to drive staffing sales initiatives to the Staffing Sales team and assigned territories
Collaborate with existing ePlus field sales and services leadership to analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of Support Services
Develop joint marketing plans to recommend tactics and assist the field with regularly scheduled demand generation activities within assigned territory
Manage ongoing training and development of supported sales and SE staff relative to Support Services
Deliver accurate forecasting of Support Services for assigned regions
Meet or exceed financial targets for Support Services sales
Collaborate with peers across markets to share best practices and develop a consistent approach for position which yields optimal results for ePlus
Drive new sales outside of ePlus’ existing customer base
Target dormant accounts to revive and drive new sales
Work with the Support team to qualify all relevant opportunities
Follow ePlus’ performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee’s professional development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Staffing Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities
Proven success selling staffing solutions
IT Staffing or Recruiting experience is desired
Knowledge and experience selling staffing based / support services
Deep understanding of the on-going industry market to position as a thought leader and trusted advisor
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work well in matrix-managed environment
Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
Able to work independently
Willingness to travel to assigned territory
Position Specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $110,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
