
Analyst I Credit & Collections

Responsibilities
Manage an assigned portfolio accounts based on experience and skill. This includes collection calls, account adjustments, customer deductions, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations and processing customer refunds
Review daily credit holds through review of customer history, industry credit reports, and financials to ensure timely release of orders
Run and analyze weekly aging, deduction and top account past due reports
Resolve customer disputes
Determine accounts to be turned over to collection agency or attorney for further collection activity
Negotiate payment plans and credit limits
Investigate the credit worthiness of new & existing customers by using financial statements, credit reports and credit history
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative work relationships with other collectors, sales and customer service
Qualifications
Years of Experience – 1-2
Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Basic understanding of Jesta, SAP and High Radius
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of Billing, AR, and Credit and Collections procedures
Proactive, problem-solving approach to find positive business solutions
Self-motivated, positive team player with ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, analytical
The hiring range base pay for this position is $42,800-$63,000 + Bonus + Benefits
