has partnered with a growing organization. The Chargeback / Trade Spend & Deduction Specialist supports sales performance by managing trade spend forecasting, execution, and deduction resolution for key client accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining trade data in the client’s Trade Investment Management (TIM) system, reviewing and resolving trade deductions, and partnering closely with sales teams and client contacts to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely deduction clearance. Pay Rate:
$25–28/hr Location:
Wayne, PA or Morristown, NJ Schedule:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote Key Responsibilities Maintain forecasted shipment volumes and trade spend data in the client’s Trade Investment Management (TIM) system Translate shipment and trade event data from internal portals into client platforms Review and apply trade deductions to the appropriate customer, category, and promotional event Reconcile actual trade spend against client financial reporting to ensure accuracy Partner with sales teams to research, track, and resolve customer deductions Investigate unplanned, invalid, or disputed charges and support resolution efforts Serve as a primary point of contact for deduction-related inquiries Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to resolve discrepancies efficiently Retrieve, validate, and upload supporting trade and brand documentation into internal systems Core Competencies Strong customer and client focus with the ability to build trusted working relationships Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Persistent and solution-oriented when resolving discrepancies or issues Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Excellent time management and communication skills Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in chargebacks, trade spend, deduction management, accounting, or related financial roles Strong Excel skills required; PowerPoint proficiency preferred Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external client contacts Hybrid role based out of Wayne, PA or Morristown, NJ In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote work remaining days Minimal travel as needed Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers
